WGAT announces a new resource called HEIDI

Hello everyone, 

These last few weeks have been challenging for us all, and we want you to know that we value the hard work you put in everyday to deliver excellence, as well as admire the encouragement and support we have seen provided to those in need during these unprecedented times. During this time of social distancing, some of you may be experiencing added stress or anxiety and may benefit from having some additional support.

WGAT, in partnership with Pinnacle Health Management, is excited to announce a new resource, HEIDI, a text-based artificial intelligence chatbot to help you and your family navigate through these difficult times. HEIDI provides on-demand expertise to help you manage stress levels, maintain mental balance, and be resilient.

HEIDI is free and available, on-demand 24/7, and is secure and confidential, meeting Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements to protect your privacy. You will be able to chat with HEIDI for emotional support during COVID-19, and beyond, in order to help you and your family live a happier and more balanced life. 

Here’s How It Works

  1. Simply send the message “Hi” to HEIDI at +1 (917) 746-5614. *standard data fees apply
    (You will need to enter the first three characters of your health care ID, which can be found on your insurance card.)
  2. Tell HEIDI what’s on your mind and discover HEIDI’s coping tools and strategies.
