Dealing with health care issues can be stressful for participants and their families. Our in-house, bilingual customer service representatives are dedicated to helping our members get the answers they need in a friendly and supportive manner. We are knowledgeable about your individual health plan and prepared to provide accurate, timely, and personalized information. 

Our Customer Service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST.
