Starting January 1, 2025, members can fill Tier 1 generic medications at over 5,000 Walmart and Costco pharmacies nationwide with a $0 copay* – no Costco membership required.

Select plans now include access to the BlueCard Program, allowing members to receive healthcare services from top providers nationwide. This offers greater flexibility and access to quality care, no matter where members are located.

While many carriers are raising rates by double digits, WGAT remains committed to keeping costs low. Our small group pooled renewals are averaging just 0% to 3.5%, depending on the product, with some locations even seeing rate reductions. Large group accounts are seeing rate increases averaging 4.5%, with fluctuations based on demographics and history. We are proud to provide competitive rates without sacrificing the quality and range of benefits that the agriculture industry relies on.
*Effective January 1, 2025, WGAT members can access Tier 1 generic drugs for a $0 copay at retail Costco or Walmart pharmacies. Specialty generic drugs are not included in this benefit. The benefit does not apply to mail-order or specialty pharmacies, and enrollees in high-deductible health plans must satisfy their deductible before they may participate in this program.
