Effective January 1, 2025, members can enjoy a $0 copay on generic medications at any Walmart or Costco pharmacies.* This new “No-Pay Copay” benefit is designed to make prescription medications more affordable and accessible, helping members prioritize their health without the worry of high costs.

*Effective January 1, 2025, WGAT members can access Tier 1 generic drugs for a $0 copay at retail Costco or Walmart pharmacies. Please note that specialty generic drugs are not included in this benefit, the benefit does not apply to mail-order or specialty pharmacies, and enrollees in high-deductible health plans must satisfy their deductible before they may participate in this program.
